I am Xavē D. Morgan

Xave D. Morgan – MBL Membership Associate and Life and Career Advisor of Business Now Inc., where she leads a growing conglomerate providing business development, human resources, operational processes, administrative support, and manages a list of other programs, products, and services as well. She is also a certified Kauffman FastTrac® facilitator, that partners with The Metropolitan Business League to guide, connect, and help businesses succeed in becoming the next generation of business leaders. Xaveria ("Xave") D. Morgan was born in Richmond, Virginia on June 20th. Of all the hats she's worn through her years, Xave wishes above all to be known as a philanthropist and patron of the arts. Her passion is business administration, and her purpose is serving the people.  

 Through her Purpose Pusher Ministry, she works to ignite the souls of all those connected to her, inspiring and motivating them to push their own purposes in life and career. Beginning in 2009, Xave has been creating multiple businesses and programs focused on improving self-determination, productivity and profitability among inner-city families and minority communities. 

With a sincere belief in the collective assignment given to humanity, she also strives to build partnerships with like-spirited business owners across the nation. Professionally, her goal is to become a household name in the field of holistic lifestyle and career support that stimulates social and economic growth across the globe. Personally, Xave's agenda is for her to leave behind generational wealth and a legacy to be proud of.
